This project was photographed at the beginning of this year during the block down due to the epidemic. In those months, I stayed with my mother every day, which made me think about our relationship. During my upbringing, the close mother-daughter relationship was not able to eliminate my confusion of the self-sacrificing decisions and self-repression behaviors of my mother. However, I found that my mother and I were in a state of mutual mapping, and her way of doing things that I hated was often reflected in me. The camera was brought into my daily life to join in the course of the relationship between me and my mother. Its role was not limited to recording, but  also a reflection of myself. I photographed hundreds of photos with film camera when I was taking a walk on the community or the park with my mom, and those photos record the mood and thoughts at specific moments. Those photos also combine stuffs and scenes reminding me of childhood chaos and turbulent family relationship. Subtle compromises to the memory have appeared with the development of the project, and the childhood violence has been beautified through photos.
